How do I search an article?

At the top of each page there’s a search bar. You can enter the term or article number you’re looking for.

Why can't I see the prices?

Will my discount prices be shown?

Yes. When you’re logged in, both the gross prices as your personal prices will be shown. 

Which solutions does Mauer® Locking Systems offer?

The products of Mauer® are suitable for multiple industries. We offer solutions for locking systems, cylinder systems (electronical and mechanical), access control, locker locks and safe locks. What is the delivery time?

Mauer® has a very short delivery time. Because keys and cylinders can be produced and mounted directly in our factory, even complicated master key systems can be produced within a few days. Please contact our sales department at +31 33-4550900 or for more information.

What do the SKG stars mean?

You are undoubtedly familiar with the SKG-stars visible on burglar resistance hardware. The number of stars is an indication of how burglar resistant the material is. You can read more about the star-rating in this leaflet.

How can I order?

You can browse in our catalogue and put the desired products in your shopping card. When you click on this shopping card, you can complete your order by filling in your data, accepting our terms and clicking on ‘order’.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are different, depending of the content and way of shipping. In the Netherlands, we have the following shipping costs:

Key orders until €150,- netto: €2,00 (above €150 free)
Cylinder orders until €150,- netto: €6,00 (above €150 free)
Other orders until €225,- netto: €9,00 (above €225 free)

Please contact the sales department for shipping costs outside the Netherlands.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value, you can order any article you want.

How can I become a customer?

You can fill in the request new debtor form (download here) and send it to the sales department. They will contact you after they’ve received it.

How do I request an account?

Only if you are already a customer, you can request an account via this link. We'll email your data as soon as possible after that. When you're logged in, you can see the prices with your discount.

How do I log in?

You can only log in after you've received a login code / password by mail. Please check the account page and fill in the form.

Do you still have measuring tools in your assortment?

Yes we do, but we don't sell the (formerly) Van Erp measuring tools through the internet. You can download the catalogue here and place your orders by fax, email or telephone.
